  They were fast and effective but they lack the customer experience part. Not open according to times online and hard to reach when you're not at the shop. Overall the pricing and expertise were effective.

  I have a 2012 Infinity and needed oil change to begin with and my car started jerking BAD, engine light came on took to European Auto first and trying to charge 170 right off the bat for just oil and fees not even to check the engine light. SO I left realizing they don't even work on my type of car and feeling I was being wayyy over charged, went across the street here to Service Station and he was soooo awesome!! Helped me right away said it could be from oil but would put the tester on it and sure enough it was. My engine was protecting itself by stuffing down which caused the jerking. Def would go back soo nice, helped me so fast and I NEVER write reviews .
